Go-To Foods

Here is the list of Go-To foods as of today.  Send me more and we'll keep adding to our list!  We can never have enough go-to foods, right?

  • Frozen grapes
  • dark chocolate kisses kept in the freezer (you can't OD on these puppies)
  • FF (fat free) yogurt and fruit (especially blueberries or pineapple or pears or all three together!)
  • any vegetable / any fruit
  • Kroger CarbMaster yogurt - 4 gm of carbs and only 80 calories for 6 oz carton
  • Simply Jif (low sodium, 33% less sugar) - 7 carbs and 180 calories in 2 Tbsp.  Good with low sugar marmalade.
  • Snapea Crisps (Peaches says: "LOVE these") - 15 gm carbs (including 3 fiber) and 12 calories per serving.  Great when you crave something crunchy.
  • great big bowl of leafy green salad with loads of veggies
  • all natural crunchy peanut butter
