"How fast can you get back on plan?" That will be my mantra this week. Unfortunately I need to weigh in today or tomorrow. I don't think I can get 5 pounds off in that length of time.
"Forgive yourself; learn from this; and get back on plan ASAP!" is also my mantra for the week.
I can do this. How about you? Did you have a great on plan week? Did you have a Faturday? (P.S. Dr. Oz sent this word out in an email. I guess I could blame it on Dr. Oz for putting that notion into my head! Nah)

Hey, it's a good way to lose the 5 pounds, right?!? Unfortunately I don't want to wind up at the vet with garbage gut. No, I'll go to the store and purchase the ingredients and make these tasty dishes the right way. I think these photos tell it all. Mangia!
