It's a trick! Yesterday was Halloween. Hubby had to go to the store to purchase the candy this year. Did he buy that crappy stuff with little lollipops and bubble gum like I usually do? NO; he purchased the ginormous bag of every kind of chocolate that I love. You're thinking "What a sweetheart and a great candy house," right? Don't forget I'm trying to lose weight in this lollipop mansion. So I tell Hubby "take the extra candy to work with you today." Guess what? He has a meeting out of town and left the candy......HERE. Thing is: I don't pray for strength. I've always been told to be careful what you pray for so I knew I couldn't let the candy devil tempt me. I'd be like Eve on that apple and then blamin' the man! I am weak when it comes to candy. So let me spell it out for you....we didn't have nearly the amount of kids trick or treating this year as in years past.
Shut your eyes if you have a weak stomach...
I'm warning you....
It's a Treat! The treat is...I'm not craving chocolate. I handed out candy last night and although I was dipping my tootsie roll fingers in that bowl of ecstasy, I did not taste of its fruits....unlike my Boy "one for you little kid, three for me because I had to get up and walk to the door while you were ringing it incessantly and ticking me off!!!" I wonder where they get their attitude?!
